The Outlaws cowboy action shooting club is SASS-affiliated and, unless otherwise specified, follows SASS rules. The matches are usually six stages and are scored by total time. Ammunition requirements may vary, but 60 rifle, 60 handgun, and 30 shotgun shells should be about right.
New shooters are welcome. You should be familiar with SASS rules, gun safety and the operation of your own firearms. First-time participants are encouraged to attend a cowboy shooter orientation before their first match. The goal is to emphasize safety, gun handling and provide a general overview of how a cowboy match works. Please contact one of the Outlaws below for details.
